THE BASICS
-
Our studio is on the Upper East Side of Manhattan (between 81st & 82nd Street) at 1200 Lexington Avenue, Suite 2N, New York, NY 10028.
Buzzer: OFC1
Enter the building and go up one flight of stairs. The studio is to the right.
-
We have a variety of customized facial treatments, which include facial massage and sculpting, buccal massage, manual lymphatic drainage, fascia and connective tissue work, TMJ relief, and somatic sessions designed to support your skin, body, and nervous system.
Our full list of services can be viewed on our booking platform, Vagaro.
-
For most clients, I recommend scheduling a facial every 4–6 weeks. This gives us the opportunity to consistently support your skin, respond to changes as they arise, and adjust your treatments and home-care routine as your skin evolves.
That said, I understand that coming into the studio every 4–6 weeks isn't always realistic. Your schedule, budget, skin goals, and individual needs all play a role in determining the right rhythm for you.
If you're able to come less frequently, that's completely okay. We'll make the most of the time we have together, and I can help you create a supportive at-home routine to care for your skin between visits.

Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time for every session.
This time is important. It allows you to settle into the studio, get comfortable, and gives us space to check in about how you're feeling, any changes in your skin or body, and what you'd like support with that day. These conversations help me thoughtfully customize your treatment before we begin.
Your scheduled appointment time is when your treatment begins, not your arrival time.
If you arrive late or do not allow for the requested 10-minute arrival period, your treatment may need to be shortened. Appointments will still end at their originally scheduled time so that I can remain on schedule and provide the same care and consideration to every client.
I want you to receive the full experience you've booked, so please give yourself plenty of time to arrive, transition out of your day, and settle in before we begin. 🤍
-
Please let me know about new medications or skincare products, allergies or sensitivities, pregnancy, recent cosmetic or medical procedures, injuries, health changes, or anything else you think may be relevant to your treatment.
The more I understand about what's happening with your skin and body, the more thoughtfully I can customize your experience.
-
Every session at InFluxe is a little different.
Your skin changes with the seasons, hormones, stress, travel, lifestyle, environment, and so much more.
So, even if you've had the same treatment before, your skin may need something different this time.
I’ll thoughtfully customize your experience based on the treatment you book, your skin and body that day, your specific skin or wellbeing goals, and the length of the appointment you book.

InFluxe treatments may incorporate technologies including microcurrent, ultrasound, wet or dry microdermabrasion, dermaplaning, corrective peels, cold jet plasma, oxygen infusion, PEMF therapy, LED light therapy, and derma nano-fusion needling.
I have a full list of the technologies, techniques, and tools available, as well as their benefits, here.
Some modalities are included automatically within certain treatments, while others require additional time and must be booked as an add-on.
If you think you’d like an add-on but aren’t sure if it’s right for you, please reach out and I’ll help provide additional information.
Not every technology is appropriate for every person or every appointment.
Within your session, I’ll make additional choices for tools and technologies based on the treatment you've booked, your skin's current condition, your goals, your overall wellbeing, and the length of session booked.
FACIALS + TREATMENTS
-
If it's your first facial at InFluxe, the Radiance Immersion Facial (90 minutes) is a beautiful place to begin.
The additional time allows me to get to know your skin, discuss your goals, and customize your treatment using the products, hands-on techniques, and technologies that will best support you.
If you're unsure what to book, you're always welcome to reach out before scheduling.
-
M TO CONFIRM: Add exact recommendations and timing for retinol/tretinoin, AHAs/BHAs, benzoyl peroxide, exfoliants, peels, etc.
If you're using prescription skincare or aren't sure about a particular product, please reach out before changing anything prescribed by your healthcare provider.
-
M TO CONFIRM: Add timing around Botox, filler, waxing, laser, chemical peels, microneedling, etc.
Always let me know about any recent treatments or procedures so I can determine what is appropriate for your skin.
-
After your facial, avoid strenuous exercise and excessive sweating, saunas, cold plunges, and swimming in the ocean.
It’s also important to skip strong active skincare ingredients the evening of your facial, unless I tell you otherwise. I'll give you personalized aftercare instructions based on what we did during your session and let you know when you can resume your normal routine.
Always remember your SPF!
LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE + FACIAL MASSAGE
-
Manual lymphatic drainage is a specialized technique which uses light, rhythmic movements to encourage the natural movement of lymphatic fluid throughout the body.
I am trained in the Dr. Vodder Method of Manual Lymphatic Drainage and offer both facial and full-body lymphatic drainage at InFluxe Studio on Manhattan's Upper East Side.
-
The Lymphatic Facial Flow focuses on the face, neck, and chest. It's especially supportive for facial puffiness, congestion, sluggish circulation, post-travel skin, or when you simply want to feel refreshed.
The Lymphatic Full Reset offers a more comprehensive head-to-toe experience, combining facial and body lymphatic drainage for full-body support and restoration.
-
Come comfortable, hydrated, and nourished.
Wear loose clothing, drink plenty of water and consider adding electrolytes, and eat something before your appointment rather than arriving on an empty stomach.
I also recommend avoiding coffee beforehand when possible. If you need your morning coffee, decaf is your friend. 😉
Please arrive about 10 minutes early so we have time to talk, allow you to acclimate to the studio, and begin your treatment without feeling rushed.
-
Buccal massage is an intra-oral facial massage technique. Wearing gloves, I work both externally and inside the mouth, allowing me to access the facial muscles from a different angle than traditional facial massage.
Buccal work may be combined with facial sculpting, fascia work, and lymphatic techniques to address facial and jaw tension while supporting circulation and lymphatic movement.
-
If you carry tension through your jaw, face, or neck, our TMJ Release Massage may be a good fit.
This 60-minute treatment combines therapeutic massage of the face, jaw, and neck with intra-oral massage and other supportive techniques.
If you're experiencing significant or persistent pain or have a diagnosed medical condition, speak with your healthcare provider about appropriate treatment.
MICROCURRENT
-
Microcurrent is a non-invasive technology that delivers very low-level electrical currents to the face. It is used for cosmetic facial stimulation and can be incorporated into a treatment to support facial toning and a more lifted, defined appearance.
During my Lift Microcurrent treatment, I combine this technology with intentional hands-on techniques such as sculpting facial massage and fascia work, creating a treatment that brings technology and touch together.
-
Microcurrent is delivered through probes or electrodes that move across the skin. Because the electrical current is very low, the experience is generally gentle, although what you feel can vary depending on the device and intensity being used.
At InFluxe, I'll guide you through the experience and adjust your treatment based on your individual needs and comfort.
-
M to confirm
Electrical microcurrent therapies may be contraindicated for people with certain implanted electrical devices, seizure disorders, or during pregnancy, among other circumstances.
-
Come to your appointment well hydrated and let me know about any recent cosmetic treatments, medications, health changes, or dental work before we begin.
M TO ADD: Any recommendations regarding caffeine, hydration/electrolytes, injectables, exfoliating products, facial treatments, metal jewelry, etc.
SOMATIC + WHOLE-BODY CARE
-
Somatic work focuses on reconnecting with and developing awareness of the body.
My approach is informed by my training in Integrative Somatic Trauma Therapy and is woven into treatments through intentional touch, stillness, body awareness, and practices that support nervous system regulation.
-
My approach brings together more than 20 years of beauty and cosmetic industry experience, including over 16 years working within a leading New York City dermatology practice, with extensive training in facial massage, manual lymphatic drainage, fascia work, TMJ massage, microcurrent, Gua Sha, Reiki, somatic practices, and advanced skincare technologies.
Rather than focusing exclusively on the surface of the skin, treatments are designed to consider the skin, connective tissue, circulation, lymphatic system, and nervous system together.
It's advanced skincare paired with intentional, whole-body care.
-
Yes. I’m trained in Integrative Somatic Trauma Therapy, and a trauma-informed approach is woven into all of my work.
At InFluxe, this means prioritizing communication, consent, comfort, autonomy, and respect for your individual experience.
You are always encouraged to communicate what feels comfortable for your body throughout your session.
