Appointments
Please arrive on time for your session. If you are late, your session may be shortened to respect the next client’s booking.
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged the full service fee.
Payments
Payment is due at the time of service. All major credit cards and electronic payments are accepted.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are non-refundable and must be presented at time of service.
Contraindications & Client Responsibility
By booking a session, you confirm that you have disclosed any relevant medical conditions, allergies, or medications. InFluxe Studio is not liable for adverse reactions where information has not been disclosed.
Consent
By booking a service at InFluxe Studio, you acknowledge and consent to receiving touch-based treatments that fall within the professional scope of practice for a licensed esthetician in New York.
The type and extent of touch will always depend on the specific service you have booked (for example, facials, lymphatic drainage, or TMJ release).
We value your comfort, safety, and agency. Throughout your session, we will maintain open communication — checking in with you about pressure, techniques, and your overall experience. You are encouraged to share any feedback, preferences, or concerns at any time.
Consent is an ongoing process. If at any point you feel uncomfortable, you may request that a technique be adjusted or stopped altogether. Your wellbeing, safety, and ability to fully relax during your session are our top priorities.
